In "Jacques Amand Ltd v SoS for the Environment and another" QBD 15 June 1993 a planning inspector`s decision that a lean-to structure on the premises of a bulb wholesale and mail order operation was not appropriate to the green belt location and the primary use was not horticulture was upheld.
