In "Jaskel and another v Sophie Nursery Products Ltd and others" CA 25 Feb 93 the landlords had difficulties obtaining rent from the defendant who then ceased to trade. The other defendants were sureties guaranteeing rent, the dispute was over liability for the rent deposit. Appeal allowed in part.
