"Wayling v Jones and others" CA 21 July 1993, plaintiff lived with the deceased and assisted in running of business for pocket money only in belief that the property and business was willed to him. This was not the case so he claimed proprietary estoppel against the estate. The High Court dismissed the claim but it was allowed by the Court of Appeal.
