An index of trading locations compiled by the Property Managers Association and DTZ Debenham Thorpe provides evidence that regional shopping centres, MetroCentre, Meadowhall, Lakeside and Merry Hill, increasingly dominate the retail market, with Meadowhall coming third behind Oxford Street, London, and Edinburgh`s Princes Street in a ranking of turnover.
