"Lehrer McGovern International Ltd & another v Circle Ltd Partnership" CA 19 November 1992. The plaintiff project managers (L) claimed their costs and fees, allegedly due and unpaid, from C who retaliated with a counterclaim besides their defence that they had paid more than was agreed in the cost plan. The court ordered the defendant to give security for the plaintiff`s costs in defending the counterclaim, with no leave to appeal.
