Parents of a boy, who developed a bone marrow disease after the family home was treated with the insecticide, lindane, are suing Rentokil, who, they claim did not warn them to leave the home while it was being sprayed. Rentokil has recently paid out compensation out of court in similar cases but this would be the first test in court.
