"Pulleyn v Hall Aggregates (Thames Valley) Ltd CA 16 July 1992. This concerned the determination of adverse possession of land by establishing factual possession and the requisite intention to possess. The disputed owner did not pass these tests, only using the land as a site for the parking of cars and boats for clubs, which was the use the true owners of the land wished to make of it also.
