Landlords, when serving Case D notices, are bound by the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987 s48 to provide an address in England or Wales, a principle upheld in the recent High Court case "Dallhold Estates (UK) Pty Ltd v Lindsay Trading Properties Inc", where failure to do so resulted in a notice`s invalidity.
