In R v Brent LBC ex parte Omar , QBD 29 April 1991, it was held that in determining whether an offer of accommodation was an offer of suitable accommodation which therefore discharged a local authority`s duty to a homeless person , the authority should have had regard to the individual circumstances of the homeless person and her family.
