Developers entitled to connect to public sewer - 1987 - Chartered Surveyor Weekly vol 18 no 5 5/2/87 p58-59 .

In Thames Water Authority v Turnbull and Others ChD 28 October 1986 it was held that a sewer built by a firm of developers had been properly vested in the local authority so as to become a public sewer to which a second developer was entitled to make a connection.
