ChD 12 July 1993. An application for leave to appeal and remit an arbitrator`s award, in which an uplift in the rent was made to take into account that the building was next door to another building used by the same tenant, who would make a small overbid for the premises. It was held that the arbitrator had sufficient evidence to uplift the rent.
