LT 1 September 1993. An application under Law of Property Act 1925 s84 for the modification of a restrictive covenant on a property to enable use as a children`s nursery was unsuccesful. Although the value of objectors` property would not be adversely affected by a neighbouring nursery, the residential character of the estate was to be preserved.
