LT 4 March 1993. Concerned preliminary points in connection with a claim for compensation for the laying of a sewer outside the notified route. It was held that the LT did have jurisdiction to hear the claim and went on to find that the contractors, who laid the sewer, were agents of the water company, which could therefore not deny liability.
