An application for planning permission for a garden, private tennis court and pavilion in metropolitan green belt was refused, but challenged on the construction of `outdoor sport` listed as an exception in the planning guidance. "Held" that though `outdoor sport` was not limited to public sport, the inspector`s error was not a material consideration. Appeal dismissed.
