ChD 8 December 1993. Application under Arbitration Act 1979 s1(3)(b) for leave to appeal against an arbitration award on questions of law in a rent review case was refused. Held that arbitration decision on questions of law were binding unless there is a prima facie case proving that the arbitrator was seriously wrong.
