The Leasehold Advisory Group has been set up by three professional firms and aims to offer a `one-stop shop` to leaseholders of private residences hoping to take advantage of the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 either to acquire their freehold or purchase an extension of their lease.
