In "Insurance Co v Lloyd`s Syndicate", QBD 27 October 1994, it was held that a party to an arbitration cannot disclose the arbitration award to a stranger to the arbitration agreement unless the making of the award is a necessary element in establishing the party`s legal rights against the stranger.
