"Miller and others v Wycombe DC" CA 27 February 1997. Owners of a six-acre site objected to local plans for a green space designation. Inquiry held and inspector recommended removal of designation. WDC did not accept recommendation. Owners applied to quash WDC`s decision on grounds that they failed to give proper reasons. WDC appealed. Appeal dismissed.
