English Partnerships (EP) are in their third year and are busy looking for high quality sites in order to satisfy demand for industrial land with access to good transport links. Also looks at EP`s work with the Newcastle City Council to bring unused properties in Grainger Town back into use and their plans for the Millennium Festival site at Greenwich.
