"Urban Manor Ltd v Sadiq" CA 20 February 1997. On a sale of registered land, the purchaser`s request that the vendor make title under Land Registration Act 1925 s110(5) had to be made, at the latest, within the time limited by condition 9 for the purchaser`s observations on replies to his requisitions on title. The purchaser was not entitled to wait until the day fixed for completion before making the request. Appeal by purchaser dismissed.
