Severn Trent Water is using Met Office resources to monitor the rainfall which can lead to sewer flooding during storms. Properties assessed as being at risk of flooding more than twice in ten years have to be identified and reported of OFWAT and entered on an `at risk` register. Considers the effect of being so listed on a property`s value.
