"Duffy v Lamb" CA 10 April 1997. The supply of electricity was switched off to plaintiffs` land by defendant. Plaintiff claimed defendant had interfered with easement. Judge found that electricity was paid by defendant who was therefore not obliged to supply electricity. Plaintiffs appeal allowed.
