"Claughton v Price and others" CA 17 April 1997. K purchased properties in Florida abtaining mortgage loans. K then became a patient of defendant psychiatrist. K was liable to repay the balance on mortgage loans. K selling properties to defendant and repaying mortgage loans with proceedings, then claim right to repurchase. Defendant claimed no such right had been agreed. The High Court set sale aside to defendant. Appeal dismissed.
