"Christopher Moran Holdings Ltd v Bairstow and another" CA 1 May 1997. On appeal, held that landlord`s claim for loss and damage under Insolvency Act 1986 s178(6) should be based on the full amount of the future rent reserved by the lease less the credit for the amount of rent obtainable for reletting in the open market after the lease had been disclaimed.
