A farmhouse, outbuildings and 350 acres of pasture held not to constitute `premises let as a dwelling` for the purposes of the Protection from Eviction Act 1977 s.5, and therefore a notice to quit delivered to its tenants did not need to comply with the Notice to Quit etc. (Prescribed Information) Regulations 1988.
