The case "Wentworth v Wiltshire CC" explores the issues of `obstructing` and `creating dangers` in a highway, where the plaintiff sued for damages to cover economic loss caused by the failure of Wiltshire CC to sufficiently maintain the sole means of access to his farm. The high court decision in his favour was overturned by the Court of Appeal.
