"Carvin V Dunham Brindley & Linn" CA 5 June 1997. C bought action against D claiming damages for failing to have a strip containing a storm drain conveyed to him when he bought the property, and contended, inter alia, that the solicitor, P, had never explained the nature and concept of a licence agreement for the drain to him. Action dismissed, C appealed. Appeal dismissed.
