NHBC review pushes up Buildmark premiums - 1997 - Building (262)26 4 July 1997, 8(1) .

Housebuilders are facing increased premiums for providing warranties following changes to the National House-Building Council`s buildmark scheme. The warranty has been extended to include all damage to the external envelope of houses apart from that caused by storms.
