"Walker and others v Arkay Caterers Ltd and another" QBD 4 July 1997. Restrictive covenants prohibiting use of premises as restaurants. Dispute whether first defendant`s deli-diner qualified as a restaurant and if so whether the plaintiffs had `allowed` such use. Plaintiffs` claim against first defendant succeeded. The second defendant`s claim against the plaintiff dismissed.
