"British Telecommunications plc v Sun Life Assurance Society plc" ChD 21 June 1994. Held that a repairing covenant to keep building in repair required the landlord not to allow the building to fall into disrepair at any time. Landlord`s argument that there was no breach until expiry of reasonable time, in which to carry out repairs was rejected.
