"Wandsworth LBC v Hargreaves" CA 16 June 1994. W sought possession against a tenant, who had returned to a secure tenancy after refurbishment of his flat, damaged by fire by the tenant`s visitors. Appeal dismissed; there had been no misconduct by the tenant.
