The Law of Property (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1994 received Royal Assent on 3 November and will come into force on 1 July 1995. It introduces reforms to simplify the law of property in two areas - obligations known as implied covenants for title and certain technical legal problems in dealing with property after an owner`s death.
