ChD 29 April 1997. Ministerial consent was sought for a five-year tenancy of an agricultural holding to which the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 s3 would not apply. The SoS for Wales gave his approval. The tenant applied for a declaration that the tenancy was not one within the meaning of Agricultural Holdings Act s5 and that he had security of tenure under the Act. Application dismissed.
