CA 19 March 1997. Agricultural tenancy with covenant that the tenant was not to assign, underlet, part with or share possession or occupation of the holding. On 9 October 1993 the landlord served notice to quit alleging that the tenant had breached the agreement by farming through a partnership. Following arbitration, the judge found that the relationship between the tenant and farming partnership did not involve sharing the holding. Landlord`s appeal dismissed.
