QBD 12 April 1995. An application against the decision by Bolsover DC to grant planning permission to five retail units which would be subdivided into seventy units was dismissed. It was argued that the outline planning permission consisted of five units, with no subdivision, the applicants were concerned about the impact on local roads by the development.
