CA 1 May 1997. S purchaser of reversion to lease; U was assignee of the term of the lease. Lease provided for five-year rent reviews of the `lease rent` , defined as the rent reserved by the lease. In 1994 an arbitrator decided that the rent should be lower than the rent review of 1989. S contended rent review was upwards only. U appealed. Appeal dismissed.
