CA 12 June 1997. N gave A a notice under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 s25, terminating a tenancy of an electricity substation. The rent had been £10 pa. A had sought a new tenancy but the parties could not agree on the length of the term or the rent. County court judge ordered a new 14 year tenancy at a rent of £40 pa. N appealed. Appeal dismissed.
