Complaining about agents - 1997 - Times 15 october 1997, 6(1) .

Buyers and sellers are advised to only use estate agents who are registered with the Estate Agents Ombudsman Scheme. It is hoped that the scheme, which comes into effect on 1 January 1998, will reduce the number of complaints against agents.
