Tye v House and another - 1997 - Estates Gazette Law Reports [1997] 41 EG 160-161(2) .

ChD 17 June 1997. The plaintiff alleged a lock-out agreement had been agreed to over the purchase of a golf course. After the defendants received a higher offer which they were minded to accept, the plaintiff obtained an ex parte injunction restraining them from exchanging or completing a contract of sale. Held: the injunction would be discharged - damages would be an appropriate remedy.
