Listed building - 1997 - Estates Gazette Case Summaries [1997] EGCS 140 (1/11/97) .

"Edinburgh CC v SoS Scotland and others" HL 16 October 1997. Edinburgh CC refused both planning permission and listed building consent. Reporter was appointed to determine the appeal. The inquiry decided that the building was not covered by the entry in the list; consent was therefore not required for its demolition. On appeal the listed building matter was dismissed and the the planning permission allowed.
