The landowner applied for a certificate of lawfulness of existing use on the ground that, for more than 10 years, occupation had not been by a person in agricultural employment. A neighbour applied for a judicial review. A issued a fresh 10-year certificate and realising their error issued another certificate. application for judicial review dismissed.
