In the course of the 1993 rent review L`s valuer submitted the market rent at £835,000 and S`s valuer at £212,000. M was appointed as expert under the rent review conditions and determined market rent at £250,000. L`s claim that M was in breach of his duty of care on a number of issues was dismissed.
