The East Anglian region is experiencing a higher growth rate than the rest of the UK and the demand for property, particularly in the office, retail and leisure sectors, has improved developer`s prospects. Major schemes, some to develop brownfield sites, are now at the planning or construction stage and will change the face of key towns and cities in the region.
