The Home Office is planning to reform the regulation of pubs, clubs, restaurants and casinos in a bid to remove red tape in the leisure industry. Options include an all-purpose entertainments licence, an end to the ban on Sunday dancing and allowing winnings from footballs pools to be paid out in shops.
