Stone v Bristol City Council - 1994 - Rating & Valuation Reporter 34(4) RVR 1994, 81(1) .

LT 17 November 1993. A decision to determine the compensation payable for the compulsory purchase of the freehold interest of a residential property, to the claimant. Evidence by the council was given by affidavit under Lands Tribunal Rules 1975 r39(1), which included plans, photographs and a survey report and the details of the sale of six comparable properties. In the absence of evidence from the claimant,and owing to the condition of the property, the compensation payable for the freehold was determined at £10,000.
