Examines Singapore`s New Public Setor Standard Conditions of Contract for Construction Works 1995 (PSSCOC) from the perspectives of contract drafting and dispute management. Uses examples to demonstrate how provisions in the contract can manage disputes. Concludes that early assessment of the PSSCOC is favourable but that it is too soon to draw an overall conclusion.
