Value of freehold decisions - 1998 - Evening Standard 11 February 1998, 18(1) .

The Lands Tribunal does not want to receive appeals by landlords with disputes over the value of freehold, if already decided by a Leasehold Valuation Tribunal, unless there is a principle of law involved. Landlords are using the high costs of the Lands Tribunal as a threat to flat owners.
