CA 11 November 1998. Appellants tenants of a council house on a housing estate which they occupied under a secure tenancy within Housing Act 1985 Part IV. Antisocial behaviour committed by L`s sons caused nuisance to other residents. N granted an order for possession for breach of tenancy agreement. L appealed contending victims were not immediate neighbours. Appeal dismissed.
