"Arab Bank plc v John D Wood (Commercial) Ltd and others" QBD 20 February 1998. Bank required an urgent confirmatory valuation of an industrial estate let under a variety of tenancies. Earlier valuation was £22m. The defendant valued at £19m against `correct` figure of £16m. Discrepancy due to over optimistic assessment of future rents. Negligence claim dismissed.
