Whether plaintiff estate agent entitled to commission for an exhange of contracts which occurred after the expiration of sole selling right period and which did not involve an introduction by the estate agent. Plaintiff appealed the decision of the court below who held that on true construction of the agreement he was not entitled to pursue his claim. Held: Plaintiff`s appeal dismissed.
